Daniela Stamatoiu, the representative of AD Cont S.R.L. - a member of the Board of Directors of the Maramureș Entrepreneurs Association, was appointed by the Maramureș County Council to be part of the board of directors of the company that will establish and manage the industrial park.

Following the institutional dialogue held between the representative of the Board of Directors of AIM and Mr. Ionel Bogdan, the president of the Maramureș County Council, AIM was invited to nominate one of the members of the organization in order to elect the members of the board of directors of the commercial company Parcuri Industriale Maramureș S.A., established by UAT County Maramureș according to HCJ no. 5/2021.

The purpose of the new commercial company is to establish and manage an industrial park in Maramureș county, essential for the economic and social development of the county, and according to the law, at least two of the board members must have economic or legal studies and experience in one among the economic, legal, accounting, audit or financial fields, for at least 5 years.

Thus, the Board of Directors of AIM decided to nominate Mrs. Daniela Stamatoiu, the representative of AD Cont S.R.L. as a candidate from the association in the process of selecting the members of the board of directors of the commercial company established by the County Council, a process carried out in accordance with the provisions of GEO 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises.

Mrs. Daniela Stamatoiu holds the qualifications of financial auditor and authorized accounting expert, having more than 15 years of experience in business administration. The fairness and professionalism that characterize it represent the guarantee of ensuring management according to efficient and pragmatic principles of the commercial company Parcuri Industriale Maramureș S.A.
